Textora is an AI writing assistant that helps improve wording, sentence flow, and tone. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice
3. AI Output Disclaimer
Textora uses third-party AI models to generate revised text. AI-generated output can contain inaccuracies, omit important details, or change the meaning of your original text
- We do not guarantee that revised output will preserve your original meaning
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome from AI detectors or other third-party tools
- You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:

7. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees in advance on a recurring basis
- Provide accurate billing information through our payment processor
- Authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at checkout, unless you cancel before the renewal date
Refunds: Unless required by law, all fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not renew at the end of the current billing period
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXTORA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms
